Happy New Year,
Like many people we’ve started the year promising to eat better, exercise more and and look after our hearts. An easy (delicious) way to do this is to eat more fish.
The American Heart Association recommends eating fish (particularly fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, like troll-caught albacore) at least two times per week.
To get you started we’ve included an easy, healthy recipe to try.
